Project Overview
As part of the strategy to enhance capabilities and transform the quality of education with a focus on early childhood education, BSC collaborates with Hanoi Early Childhood Education University and Finnish partners to implement the MiniMBA program for 10,000 early childhood education managers.
PreMBA is the first and only course tailored specifically for early childhood education managers and investors, aiming to:
- Provide knowledge, skills, and methods for operating and managing schools (strategy, business planning, brand positioning, admissions, human resources management, finance, professional expertise, etc.);
- Offer solutions for schools facing operational difficulties and requiring restructuring;
- Supply a team of supportive personnel to accompany participants after the course.
The program includes 12 key contents:
- Business context of early childhood education in Vietnam
- Philosophy of early childhood education business
- Building management and leadership capabilities
- Legal issues related to early childhood education institutions
- Branding
- Admissions
- Customer service mindset
- Facility management and asset management
- Financial management and cash flow
- Ensuring education quality
- Human resource management in schools
- Building school culture
This program is aimed to attract more than 10,000 schools owners to join and will create the transformation in school operation and help to enhance the quality of education overall in early childhood education.
